Refunds are available for orders that arrive in less than acceptable quality within 14 days of purchase. If you need to return an order purchased on our site, please use our “Contact Us” page with your order and  a member of our Cannadips CBD Support Team will help you with your return.

Products purchased through an authorized Cannadips CBD retailer can only be refunded at the original place of purchase.
